We accept orders via phone, fax, email and this web site. You do not need to use Jay-Cee Sales part numbers to order. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail or faxed acknowledgement.
You do need to sign in or register to place orders on the Internet.
We take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for orders on the internet. Will Call pickup is available during Mondays-Fridays 8:30-4:30.

Most orders are delivered the same or next business day at standard ground rates. More than 98% of the products ordered are shipped from our inventory. We use many different carriers in order to provide you with fast deliveries, but if you need a special delivery or would like to pick up your order at our Will Call counters, please let us know.
We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.
At Jay-Cee Sales, we do not have order minimums over the internet. For call in order the minimum is $25.00
We charge sales tax. If you have a resale card or certificate, e-mail, fax, or mail us a signed copy. All orders via the internet are set up for sales tax only.
If shipment appears damaged don't pay freight unless damage is marked on bill by carrier. No return authorization required. Orders for parts may be returned with in 30 days of receiving your order at a 20% restock. All tools are final sales unless the tool was damaged or deemed defective upon delivery.
