This newly designed light-duty air/hydraulic riveter is Ergonomically designed with the professional in mind. The Light weight, well balanced MP-3V includes Vacuum system and design to maximize stroke and pull force with a 3 jaw setup to get the job done. Direct connect or use the attached swivel for operator convenience. Each tool is supplied with nosepieces to set 3/32”- 3/16” rivets in all alloys. Includes adjustment service wrenches, hydraulic fluid, fluid applicator, spare jaws and a removable swivel air connection line with air off/on valve built in. An adjustable Vacuum System control located inside the mandrel collection bottle allows you control the force of the air needed to hold the rivet in place or you may operate with the vacuum system turned off.

This newly designed heavy-duty air/hydraulic Vacuum System riveter comes supplied with everything you need to start riveting right out of the box. Each tool is supplied with a 3 piece jaw set and nosepieces to set 5/32”-1/4” open end blind rivets in all alloys. The supplied standard 3/16” and 1/4” nosepieces can also be used for structural rivets. A 1/4” nosepiece for external locking structural rivets is included. Spent mandrel are easily removed from the twist open style collection bottle. Adjustment service wrenches, hydraulic fluid, fluid applicator, spare jaws and a removable swivel air connection line with an air off/on valve built in are included. The adjustable Vacuum System control knob located on the upper left side of handle allows you to control the force of the vacuum air needed to hold the rivet in place. This spin-pull rivet nut tool automatically thread the fastener onto the mandrel. Press the trigger and the fastener is installed. Reverse the trigger, the mandrel spins out of the fastener. This rivet nut tool features a SPIN-PULL-SPIN setting sequence. In one touch
the fastener quickly spins on, pulls the fastener, and with the release
button, spins out of the fastener. Setting cycle is about 2 seconds. This
means less thread deformation. The BP-60 Rivet Nut tool has a fully
adjustable stroke for accurate insert placements, which requires less
operator skill. Stroke adjustment is quick and easy, and is done from
exterior of the tool. Mandrels are included with tool. Comes complete with
sizes 8-32 through 1/2-13 or M4 through M12. "More Power" means this tool
uses its huge 6800 lbs. of pulling force to set up to 1/2 (M12) steel rivet
nuts with ease. Recommended operating air pressure is 80-100psi. Weight 6
lbs.
